I thought that this recipe was easy. I don't usually like ribs, but the rub and the bbq sauce really made them taste good. I only did the rub once (because another review said that 2 was too much) and I also left out the liquid smoke because I had none. I only gave this recipe 4 stars because the rest of my family didn't really like it so I won't make this again. But I just wanted to say the recipe is great. And if everyone in my family liked it I would make it again.

almost the best ribs ive eaten. definitly the best ribs ive made on my own. its a nearly perfect mix of sweet and heat. the whole family wolfed these ribs down, including the wife, who isnt a big bbq fan. this one is a keeper.

Great recipe! My son, who requested these for his birthday, really enjoyed them. Nicely spicy (not overly spicy). Be sure to take the membrane off the under side by putting a table knife between the bone and membrane, and pulling (grab the membrane with a paper towel).
