- 7/8 cup pumpkin (canned firm, do NOT use a watery pumpkin. I recommend Libby's pumpkin for best results)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (white, measured by spooning and leveling into measuring cup)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
