Delicious
My daughter even liked them and she doesn’t like almonds
I liked them better than regular pancake. Definitely feel fuller longer
I did use real maple syrup on them.

Fluffy and delicious! 1/3 cup of batter made thick pancakes by my taste, hard to cook inside to firm without burning outside unless using lower temp and waiting. So just under 1/4 cup worked better for me. Enjoy!

New territory for sure. The consistency, I wasn’t comfortable with. First test pancake didn’t spread like traditional pancakes. Had to use a spatula to fan it out. So I added a bit more water. No bubbling on top…instead keep testing underside for texture to flip. After the learning curve, I’d say they’re still very good and I aim to perfect my approach.

I made half of the recipe. It yielded 4 pancakes using 1/3 measuring cup. Will make this again.

These came out amazing! Totally hit the spot and don't fall apart with sugar free maple syrup (I used E.D Smith's). I halfed the recipe and was able to get 5 pancakes total put of it. I will be making these a lot while on Keto from now on.

These are probably as close as you will get to a traditional pancake while you are on keto. I added some mixed berries to the mix after it was done resting, just a half cup for the whole batch so I was still within the keto tolerance per serving. I will definitely make these again.

Not too bad. Definitely good if you’re GF or not wanting a traditional pancake recipe

So easy and delicious. Everything in the blender & done! I double the batch and freeze them. They’re like dessert with sugar free syrup!

Delicious! Moist and tasty! I omitted sweetener and just added fruit but I’m going to try sprinkling some erythritol on top .definitely going to be making this again!

I thought it was good, however very dense. I added blueberries and I think that helped with breaking up the density. My partner was not a fan but I thought it was pretty close to regular pancakes.

Not a fan. Batter consistency weird and difficult to tell when to flip. Not fan that it tastes like cornmeal. Probably good for someone but not us.

They take a long time to cook, not fluffy, definitely do not taste like flour pancakes.

I'm not really into pancakes but was feeling left out when my family ate a huge pancake breakfast and all i could eat was eggs and bacon. that said, it's not my favorite but I havent compared any others so I'm rating on my overall reaction to the taste
