    Weird consistency. They were crumbling in the frying pan. Think I will go back to cream cheese recipes. Had to add extra water to make them go into the pan.

    Definitely better than regular pancakes in my mind. Lots of butter so they get super crispy on the edges. My sometimes picky husband really enjoyed them too.

    For being Keto and low carb these are great. They are a bit firmer and less airy than regular pancakes but the taste is not that far off at all.

    Wonderful, considering i hadn't had a sandwich for a month. I used the pancake to make a sandwich, and it was delicious. Next time I will have them as pancakes.

    not bad at all! I've made it a few times, don't recommend using coconut flour in place of almond flour it turned to mush.
