- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg yolk (+ 1 Tbsp water, for brushing)
- white sugar (Coarse, for topping)
- vanilla ice cream
- caramel sauce (for drizzling, Store bought or Homemade)
