    These turned out great! I doubled the recipe, substituting 1/4 c each of almond flour, peanut butter protein powder, and flax meal instead of the second 3/4 c oat flour. Will totally make these again!!

    I doubled the recipe and used 3/4 cup of quick oats with 3/4 cup of almond flour. And instead of coconut sugar I use 1/8 cup truvia and 1/4 cup honey for my sweetener. Even my extremely picky 7 year old loves them! Very delicious!!

    These came out great! I used dark chocolate chips because that was all I had on hand in my house, but that made them just a bit healthier. I can’t believe there’s no butter and no flour. I will absolutely make these again!

    They were okay - nothing to rave about. I thought they were too salty. I used unsalted peanut butter. I used vegan butter in place of the coconut oil. The recipe made 10 small cookies for me.

    Easiest cookies to make and very delicious. I have been making them for well over a year now all my family and friends loves it very much, I love how you can still eat cookies but in a very healthy way.

    These cookies are some of the best I've had using a healthy recipe. I followed the recipe exactly (but used brown sugar instead) and I baked mine longer (15-20mins or so) until they just achieved a nice caramel colour. The cookies have a lovely soft texture and the peanut butter flavour is just perfect and not too overpowering. So delicious and quite healthy! This will be a new go-to recipe.
