Fantastic! I was taught to always add a small amount of citrus for an extra tartness, so I added some grapefruit juice. The frosting held together very well and was extremely smooth, although I ended up putting it in the fridge for a bit to get the right piping consistency.

Very good. Made it keto friendly by using swerve instead of powdered sugar. Add a 1/2 pinch of salt to get rid of stevia aftertaste and it turned out awesome!! Super light and fluffy and tastes great. Will be making it again

Substituted some strawberry rhubarb pie filling for the vanilla. It was creamy and delicious!

The frosting was so rich and creamy! I wanted to use it for piping and, while it was just a bit too soft for that, it still held up some good peaks when I tried, and it was very smooth too. Absolutely would use this again.
