Delicious, ive added my own flare to it a few times after trying the recipe as is.

I’ve made this a few times. This time I subbed the Worcestershire sauce for teriyaki and threw in a handful of brown sugar. Seasoning salt is pretty vague so I usually use some kind of meat rub blend have in the cupboard. Marinating now, will cook all night. Yum!

Perfect! I’ve been looking for a recipe that was peppery, not sweet. This one knocks it out of the park. Sounded so yummy that I ordered a Cuisinart dehydrator. Already made two batches. Thank you!

EXCELLENT! I will omit the seasoned salt next time because it turned out a little too salty for my liking, but otherwise it’s the perfect jerky. I don’t like sweetened jerky and it’s almost impossible to find an unsweetened version at the supermarket. This recipe alone made my purchase of a dehydrator well worth it. I made my first batch yesterday and am already preparing batch #2!
