I did everything and even triple checked that I did it right, but the oil kept separate from the rest of the ingredients and I couldn’t taste anything but oil. I don’t know what I did wrong, but it just didn’t work for me.

This was good! Definitely a keeper. This is my go-to balsamic vinaigrette going forward!

So good, added hot pepper seeds And parmigiana to the left overs and used it to dip French bread

The only salad dressing my husband likes! He doesn’t like bottled dressings and I made this once and he asks for it over and over!!

Very tasty. I had made this before as written and was happy with the result. This time I used a bit less olive oil, added a small amount of finely minced shallots and no salt.

Yep--she's right. This dressing is pretty perfect. Added a touch more salt. Coupled with the sweetness of the honey, this is a wonderfully easy, light and tasty dressing

Great balsamic vinaigrette! Whisked by hand, and the texture was perfect. Will be my go-to dressing.
