- 1 lemon (large, cut into 4 wedges)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (you can substitute it with vegetable oil)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. seasoning salt (or salt free seasoning)
- 1 tsp. minced onions
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes

Made twice. The first time I made Jerk seasoned. The second, I used all ingredients on list. Turned out perfect!!!

My turkey wings turned out great. They were just as I hoped, flavorful and sticky. I added a slurry to thinken the juices the last 20 minutes or so and turned up the oven to 400 to get them a little more crisp to my liking. But they were delicious hubby devoured them and they were even better the next day. We cooked a little over 5lbs of wings so we needed 2 pans and just had to eyeball the amount of water we used. this will be a go to recipe

Amazing flavor and color on the turkey wings. I cooked them an additional 30 minutes and my wings were very tender.

Great, that's the taste I was looking for. I cooked them a little longer and took the foil off at the end to let the wings brown.

Good and sticky just the way I like! I will adjust the seasoning a bit next time maybe more herbs and no lemon.

This recipe turned out awesomely lip-smacking!
I made a few recipe edits, though. I poured 1.5 cups of chicken broth in my 9x11 glass Pyrex baking dish (lined with non-stick foil and turkey skin side down) and in the last 15 mins of cooking, I increased the oven temp to 400 degrees and exposed the wings to brown up with the turkey skin side up.) 😋
