- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (+ more to taste)
- 1/2 cup pistachios (crushed, toasted, *Note: sometimes the restaurant uses almonds)
- 1/8 cup herbs (fresh chopped, such as rosemary, thyme, and oregano)
- 2 oz. extra virgin olive oil
