Turned out delicious. Topped with my homemade salsa after baked. But what a mess I made lol! How do you prevent the egg from overflowing?

It was okay. Cooked the egg a little longer than recommended cause I don’t like runny eggs. Wasn’t as good as I thought it would be but not terrible.

My avocado was really ripe and soft so I wasn't able to cut it cleanly like the picture. I ended making eggs the usual way with avocado on the side because it was easier.

One of my go-to quick meals. If you think your egg will overflow, scoop out some of the avocado (you can mash it up for a dip or spread). Or just spray your pan first so the overflow won’t stick. It will be thin and crispy...kind of an “egg chip” to munch on the side.

You need to make sure to use a large avocado and a small egg otherwise it will overflow. But very delicious!

Egg didn’t cook and the avocado burned.

I tried this and converted the Fahrenheit correctly into Celsius, but unfortunately the heat was too high. I recommend future cooks to lower the temperature, be patient and your eggs won't end up with a burnt crust on the top! The taste inside is fantastic.
