- 3/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 rosemary (fresh sprig)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh sage (– chopped fine)
- 1 sprig fresh thyme (– chopped fine)
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup water
