I followed the recipe to a T and the exact cook time, but it didn't turn into a pudding texture, I'm thinking the oven time needed to be longer than 40 mins, and also I should of used more flour than the recipe says. I'm also thinking that using fresh corn on the cob corn would be much better than using a can of whole kernel corn. So I'm gonna give it another shot and make it again tomorrow, and hopefully it comes out perfect. Great Thanksgiving side dish recipe.
