  • 1 batch whipped cream (coconut)
  • 1 batch candied pecans (Cinnamon, optional or use chopped nuts)
  • 3 Tbsp. ghee (Tin Star)
  • 3 apples (cored and diced, I used pink lady)
  • 3 Tbsp. maple sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
