- 2 tsp. stevia (Splenda, granulated, or sugar, use Splenda or Stevia for South Beach Diet)
- 1/2 tsp. red chile flakes (dried)
- 4 cups green cabbage (thinly sliced and chopped red and/or, we used more red than green, which made a pretty salad)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (thinly)
- 1/2 cup mint leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup salted peanuts (chopped, or more)

I love the salad. Well, I added sliced raddish, half a cucumber, and replaced the peanuts with cashews. the mistake was that I used both lime juice and vinegar (way tooo much vinegar).

Great salad but didn't like dressing as is... I added a Tbsp of tamari and 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil! Love the mint and cilantro
