- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 tsp. ginger (freshly grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 27 oz. coconut milk (quality, I like Chaokoh***)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. less sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 cup petite peas (frozen, thawed)

So easy and delicious I buy a lot of my Indian snd Asian ingredients at a specialty store outside of Baltimore!

Easy to make. I used green beans instead of peas and broccoli. This was a hit. My husband likes this Yellow curry over Penang curry. I think the hint of brown sugar was the clincher for him.
