    Cut the vegetable and meat into small pieces and it's absolutelly delicious, just finished eating it. Ah and also I added instead of water just more coconut milk and a bit of salt.

    This tasted really great. I used shrimp instead of chicken and added onion as well. I would definitely suggest pre-chopping the vegetables and cooking either shrimp or cook chicken fully before combining with the curry. I don't think the cooking time is adequate to cook the vegetables and meat with the curry all ready added
