- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)

- 1 pak choi (sliced lengthwise)
- 1 carrot (peeled and finely sliced lenghtwise)
- 150 grams snow peas
- 250 grams rice noodles (thai)
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)
- 1 handful fresh cilantro
- 2 spring onions (finely chopped)
- 1 red chili pepper (finely sliced)
