- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 medium onion
- 1 bell pepper (diced {I used 1/2 a red and 1/2 a green})
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium if possible)
- 2 tsp. chili garlic sauce ({I use Huy Fong, Chili Garlic Sauce}, more or less for spiciness)
- 1 cup fresh cilantro (chopped {plus extra for garnish})
- 3 green onions (green part chopped)

- pepper
- 1 head Boston lettuce (Bibb/, washed and separated)
