- 200 grams prawns (peeled and deveined)
- 100 grams cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 100 grams button mushrooms (or straw, quatered)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 4 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 white sugar
- 400 grams egg noodles (cooked, to serve)
- 2 boiled eggs (medium, to serve)
- coriander leaves (to serve)
- wontons (Pork)
- 100 grams pork mince
- 1/2 garlic clove (finely grated)
- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 8 wonton wrappers
