Really good! We used crushed red peppers instead of chilis, no problem at all. Too much vinegar, though; I’m definitely going to use 1/4 cup instead of 1/3 cup next time. It’s the perfect spiciness if you like heat; my wife prefers it a little more mild, so we’ll probably use 2/3 of the recommended chilis next time, too.

I used the bottled chili paste instead and added honey to sweeten it a little bit. Other than that it turned out great! It's really up to you on how sweet you want it. I added extra pepper because I love spice.

Ingredient proportions are spot on. This has the perfect amount of heat to sweet. I used chili pepper paste (comes in a tube and can be found in the produce dept. usually with packaged herbs) instead of the fresh red chili peppers. Still turned out amazing!
