Delicious substitute for papaya salad with ingredients you can easily find at any grocery store. Great umami snack.

I have made this 2x in past couple weeks, cus it keeps getting devoured too quickly. I made it 1/2 sm green papaya and 1 sm to medium zucchini. Loved it with or without the salted nuts. Used homemade fish sauce. Soooo good.

Delicious! I had no green beans available so I julienned a bell pepper. Do not forget the chopped peanuts, it's a must, as it brings to perfection the balance of saltiness and zest and sweetness of this dish. I'm making this again, for sure!
