- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 can organic coconut milk
- 2 1/2 cups homemade chicken stock
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (loosely packed)
- 1 head bok choy (chopped)
- zest (a whole lime)
- 1 lime (or half a lemon)
- 2 green onions (organic, thinly sliced, for garnish, optional)
