    Good, but next time I’ll try adding some Sriracha to turn the heat. Also, I added roasted sweet potato medallions to make the curry over brown rice a one-dish meal. Will probably try snow peas at some point.

    Amazing!! Made it with Thai cauliflower rice instead of normal rice my husband loved it so much we had it again two days later!

    Too much fish sauce for my taste. Would use a different recipe next time

    The curry is fantastic, though I was somewhat limited at my grocery store. I got green paste rather than red, red onion rather than scallions and I used salmon rather than shrimp out of preferance. I also added mango and a little lemon juice! This dish came out ridiculously tasty and I was surprised at how easy it was! Give this a try!

    Loved the flavor of this curry. Like others, I added more curry paste and red pepper flakes to increase the heat level. I also sautéed a red bell pepper with the garlic before adding in the coconut milk.

    The recipe is really good, although I alternated it a little bit. Before adding the coconut milk and curry paste, I fried one red pepper and diced red onion. Also I added ginger while frying garlic. Everything turned out quite delicious

    It was very easy to make and the flavor was amazing. I think personally that it has too much curry paste. I knew it would be spicy, but wow. I will definitely make it again, just with less curry paste.

    Fantastic flavour and very easy and quick to prepare. The only change made was to substitute parsley for the cilantro since I'm not a fan of it.
