Great Thai rice recipe, more fusion than traditional. I don’t add the chili’s can be too spicy for other family. You can adjust the recipe to ingredients you have on hand

This turned out so great! Will definitely make it again many more times. Had it with stewed veggies and Thai peanut sauce. It was delicious!

This is great the only difference was I cooked the rice in coconut milk added a bit of brown sugar and sesame oil and also added edamame makes for a great cold salad on Father's Day
