It was delicious I substituted some veggies in and out so not a pinch for pinch copy but it gives you everything you need to make the sauce which is the best part. I’ll be saving this one for a quick repeat

Awesome. Question on what size coconut milk. I had to add cornstarch mixture for a more creamier texture.

This was a wonderful dish. I added sweet peppers (red, yellow and orange) about 1 cup and 1/2. I used 2 1/2 TBSP of the THAI Red Curry sauce and added shiitake mushrooms. I also used fresh cilantro and the green of the scallions instead of Thai Basil. It was a huge hit with my 13 and 16 year old children. If you want extra spice add the hot Chili Garlic Sauce after it’s done to your own bowl/plate. Will DEFINITELY make this again! Thanks so much!!

Simple recipe, great result! I substituted Bok Choi for celery and added an extra sweet pepper. One last thing the amount of red pepper not in the ingredients list, I used 1/4 tps. It’s definitely worth the minimal effort required!

So delicious! I love Thai food but get nervous about trying to make it because I’m not familiar with a lot of the seasoning and spices. This recipe gave me the confidence to cook more Thai. It taste just as good as a Thai restaurant! 😋
