It was fantastic and easy to make!’

Delicious! I ended up using carrots, broccoli, and red pepper to use up what I had in the fridge, and it was still good I especially love the sauce
It turned out great! I loved it!

This recipe turned out great! Tastes very authentic. I added bamboo shoots and only used one red pepper. The sauce was a little thick but you can choose to not add the cornstarch or just thin with water instead. It’s a keeper!

Tastes great, although I improvised some ingredients based on what I had on hand.

This curry was exactly what I was looking for. Full of flavor in each bit. Definitely a family favorite.

Excellent. Followed recipe except doubled it. I only put in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. I also added broccoli. Turned out wonderful.

It was great!! Made it just as the recipe said. I prefer it a tiny bit creamer and sweeter but this was a great start and we still ate it all up!

This is not great Thai food, in my opinion, but it’s a great weeknight meal. All the ingredients can be purchased at my small-town grocery store, and I can add whatever vegetables I want for a one pot, reasonably healthy meal. I think the amount of sugar in the recipe can be cut, though I haven’t settled on the perfect amount yet. And it’s quite tasty, it just doesn’t make me miss the Thai food from back when I lived in a big city any less.

Tasted good but seemed like something was missing compared to other thai reds

This is a pretty good recipe, ngl. The sauce is great and the chicken came out delicious. I skimped out on the cornstarch b/c diet and since I had no Thai chili sauce, I did like 2 tsp honey + 1 tsp sriracha mix and that worked just fine. Added serrano chiles for extra punch. Try this for your next dinner cuz it's solid.

The sauce is spot on to what I was after! I didn’t do the lime leaves, sugar, or fish oil and it still came out great!

I really like this recipe, so good, not to spicy but just enough

I followed this to the letter. A ton of ingredients that didnt lead to a ton of flavour. it was good but not great. Keep looking and you will find far easier recipes that pack a bigger punch.

This is the bomb baby!!! Great taste of Thai cuisine. I strongly suggest using home made curry paste over store bought. Also, cook your rice with coconut milk and lime zest. 👍🏼

Whoa show stopping good, particularly for a wife who adores Thai food - passed her muster with flying colors for the win!

considering i made a few adjustments it turned out amazing, the co-workers i let try it said it was amazing. instead of saracha i added chocolate scorpion pepper flakes to really crank up the heat, mixed with that creamy sweet sauce was great.

This is easier to make than the ingredients imply. There are many ingredients and in rural areas may be difficult to find locally. The taste is complex and spicy, but not hot. I made a lime/cilantro rice to accompany as we enjoy tartness.

Scrumptious! I will definitively make this again. Although, I will decrease the lime juice just a tad. My family loved it!!!

Very good recipe. I think I need to use a better quality coconut milk but still pretty good flavor. I make some Jasmin rice for companion.
