Excellent! I used tenderized round steak. I didn’t have bamboo shoots but I had sliced water chestnuts and used them instead. Served with Sriracha and fresh cut limes. So good!

This is a wonderful recipe! I used an elk roast that was still partially frozen, and left it whole while I cooked it in an instant pot (stew setting on high for 50 minutes). I shredded it like pulled pork and it turned out beautifully.

This turned out great! I put in some dried chili peppers to give it a nice kick. Will definitely make again.

I am new to cooking Thai/Indian food and haven't found a recipe that my family has really enjoyed until now. Even my youngest son liked this dinner! Very yummy!

Amazing! I added basil instead of mint and much more vegetables like eggplant yellow squash and red and yellow bell peppers and one chili pepper

Omg yum this tastes so good
I did use coconut cream instead of milk as I had no other in the pantry
