I made this for myself and the neighbor. I had a little more sugar as I really like sweet food. The recipe was very good very simple and we enjoyed every bite of it.

Love love this! Use all the vegetables. Book Choy is lovely in this dish!

Quick and easy! Added extra curry for heat. Would like a little more sauce - may use full cup of coconut milk next time.

Spicy and Delish! Made exactly as written, and believe in its authenticity. Having said that, I’m actually trying to imitate the creamier version that I get from my local Asian restaurant. But that is not meant to detract from this delicious dish!

Super-tasty, will make again. The prep took me ages, but I’m slow plus a six-year-old helped. We added some cauliflower and because we had it. I cut the curry paste in half because kids, and it was still amazing.

Really like this recipe. I recommend using a little less sugar though and adding a little spice. I used about half the recommend amount the second time and it was much better.

Made this today. This was the closest I have gotten to what I expect. I turned it into a soup and added zoodles. Thank you!

Tasted very authentic. Like something you would have in a Thai restaurant. Definitely has some heat.

It’s good. I make it about once a month but I add pineapple tidbits and bamboo shoots

Great flavour I used prawns in place of chicken , curry paste adds a nice heat to balance out the sweetness of the coconut milk

This was quite yummy and quick. I substituted the basil for fresh brocoli as I didn't have any basil (sorry). Would definitely make again.

I left out the sugar because I find some Asian dishes to be too sweet. It turned out fantastic!

a lot tastier than what you'll find in most restaurants! I like to add bamboo shoots, baby corn and lots of chili peppers, so delicious!
