I used real deal Red Curry from Thailand. 2 Tablespoons was a bit much heat wise. However If you use the Thai Kitchen curry found in most supermarkets it will not have enough heat. This recipe was easy and yummy will definitely make again.

I made it taste amazing with salt. Add it at the end and this meal is easily 5 stars
