- 1/4 cup peanut butter (natural unsweetened, smooth or chunky)
- 2 Tbsp. tamari sauce
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp. honey (vegan: use liquid sweetener of choice)
- 2 tsp. minced ginger (finely)
- 2 tsp. minced garlic (finely)
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (optional, vegan: omit)
- 3 Tbsp. hot water (or more if you want a thinner dressing)
