- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 1 handful fried shallots
- 40 grams unsalted peanuts (toasted and crushed)

- 1 red chili (large, or 2 small bird’s eye chillies, finely chopped)
- 1 shallot (small French, finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

- 2 Tbsp. palm sugar (grated, jaggery)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 lime
