Sauce was good but didn’t have enough heat. I would have added four tablespoons of curry paste as the peanut butter kills the heat Or put crushed red pepper in whatever you are adding as protein. I added fish sauce as well about 2 teaspoons when serving I also squeezed fresh lime for more brightness
