Description

- 100 grams vermicelli (soya)
- 1 chicken breast (finely chopped)
- 3 slices fresh pineapple
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. nuoc nam
- 4 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 4 sprigs mint
- 4 sprigs coriander
- 3/4 cup peanuts (coarsely chopped)

Directions
- Plunge the vermicelli into a pot of boiling water.
- Turn off the heat and let the vermicelli soften in the water for 4/5 minutes.
- Drain and refresh under cold water.
