Fanfreakingtastic! Made this as a side dish to go with Chinese fondue and it was a perfect addition flavour wise as well as a big hit with everyone at dinner from my 1 year old daughter to the hubby. Definitely a keeper ...thanks for the delicious ecipe

it was delicious! i used linguinie instead of pad thai, so it was a bit dry. probably shouldve kept some pasta water or add extra water/ soy sauce next time.
