- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (1 - 2 limes)
- 2 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce (for coating the meatballs once they are cooked)
- 14 oz. cole slaw mix (the kind with regular cabbage, purple cabbage, and carrots)
- 10 basil leaves (rolled up and sliced)
- 5 mint leaves (rolled up and sliced)
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
- 1 scallion (finely sliced)
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 5 tsp. light mayonnaise
- 4 tsp. sweet chili sauce
- 1 head iceberg lettuce (or romaine lettuce, either will work for the lettuce wraps)

Great! Hole family loved it!
Adjustments: 1# pork, 1# ground chicken
Omitted onion, salt, added soy sauce. Added teriyaki and cilantro to the glaze after cooking meatballs.
Omitted Mayo, added salt to coleslaw, xtra vinegar, xtra mint and basil.
Used bib lettuce.
Will definitely make again.

This dish would also make a great appetizer. I used butter lettuce and scooped a little salad and a single meatball in each leaf. It looked so pretty. Definitely serve with lime wedges. Of course I always add extra garlic (always double the amount)
