Unique however tasty twist on Thai noodles. Sweet yet spicy, mango and tofu go very well together!
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 200 grams rice (noddles)
- 100 grams tofu
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grinded)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 3 sesame (spoons of)
- 1 mango
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 lemons
- 3 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 brown sugar (spoon of)

Directions
- 1. Cook noodles using instructions on the package. 2. Add grated ginger and garlic onto hot oil, and fry until it starts browning. 3. Add tofu. 4. Add diced chili pepper and sesame. 5. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. 6. Next add pasta and diced mango. 7. Cook for 2 minutes. 8. In a separate bowl prepare the sauce. 9. Next move everything onto one side of the pot and pour the sauce into the free space, cook it for around 30 seconds and then mix everything together, the meal is ready :)
