- 2 lemons (grass stalk, sliced)
- 3 1/2 cups coconut milk (canned)
- 2 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 baby bok choy (halved)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (roughly chopped + more fore serving)
- 1 lime
- white rice (or steam black, for serving)
- rice noodles (for serving)
