A bit of a process to cook, but it was nothing too complicated. The flavour was good and super unique. It paired perfectly with rice. The only thing holding me back from five stars is the dish’s odour. Shrimp paste (especially) and fish sauce are pungent and mixing these odours with ground beef was a lot for my Western nostrils.
