- 3 kaffir lime leaves (shredded)
- 2 1/2 limes

- 1 cucumber (Lebanese, sliced into large batons)

- 3 coriander roots
- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 lemongrass stalk (white part only, finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. palm sugar (light, coarsely crushed)
