- 1 red chili pepper (small, minced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 5 tsp. Sriracha (I use Ninja Squirrel – it’s vegan, non-GMO and gluten-free!)
