Outstanding! I took others' advice to add more veggies. And added at least a couple tablespoons of lime juice. It is quite mild with only 2T of curry paste, so add more if you like it a little hotter.

Needs some tweaking here and there, but overall solid recipe. I added some curry powder, fresh basil and cilantro to the sauce (also 2x the curry paste). Also, quick tossing the tofu in cornstarch helps crisp it up a bit. I used the full red pepper, I’ve also thrown in fresh green beans for more veggies. Regular sugar is fine, and I used coconut oil instead of avocado oil.

Really great. I added a little bit of yellow curry powder and garlic salt, just to add a little more flavor, and it turned out really good.

The green chili paste I bought was super mild so added sriracha, which helped. I also added bok choy and an additional zucchini, it could have used even more vegetables as it was very saucy

Good, but not spicy. added some Cayenne to make it spicier. I have some trouble cooking tofu but this turned out really nice.

This was amazing, super quick and easy! My green curry paste has some kick to it!!! Didn’t change anything and it was pretty spicy!

I really liked this but I like it spicy so I added a bit of cayenne pepper and my coconut milk was infused with lemongrass and ginger. Delicious!

Tastes great. I added a Thai chili pepper with the garlic and onions (I’ll probably add two next time to make it spicier). I also switched fish sauce for the soy sauce and only used half of the sugar. I look forward to trying the recipe with different vegetables in the future!

I added more spices like cardamom, cumin, garam masala, cinnamon, and powder ginger/garlic to this dish and it turned out great. I also added carrots.

It wasn't bad. I had to add additional spices and I had to sub the coconut milk (due to my allergy) for a nut-milk.
