Amazing... flavour is great.. absolutely no complaints ... tried it a second time with coconut cream and added almost double the curry paste ... even creamier and better!! Gonna be making this regularly

Both my husband and I love this recipe and dubbed it our absolute favorite dish! Super quick, easy and not lacking in flavor at all!

This was awesome!! Added green beans to it too. My husband thought the basil was a little strong so maybe I’d add a little less next time or even skip if I didn’t have it on hand. We also only had white onions and caramelized them a bit in the coconut oil before adding the curry paste. We were literally fighting over who got to scrape the pan with a rubber spatula!

Excellent dish, very easy to make. I used pre-cooked shrimp so added those towards the end just before scallion greens and basil. I added water chestnuts for crunch.

Added 2 tbsp curry paste, regular coconut milk and oregano instead of basil. Solid and decently quick.
