- 8 oz. pork (per person thinly sliced, or chicken., I have used pork in this recipe)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. palm sugar (or honey or sugar)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 piece ginger (about half the size of your thumb, finely chopped)
- 1/2 chili peppers (finely chopped, red & green, optional for extra heat)
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 chicken stock cube
- 1 1/2 tsp. thai green curry paste
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 10 mushrooms
- 1 onion (large)
- 1/2 green pepper (Bell Red & 1/2, chopped in to slices see photo)
- 1/2 broccoli (a whole, or as much as you wish)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- thai jasmine rice (Serve with, if you would like.)
- coriander (a handful of chopped, / cilantro)
- 1 scallion (/ spring onion sliced)
