This was absolutely divine! I can't eat garlic and onions so I excluded them, but despite this the meal was delicious. My market was out of Thai chiles so I used serranos and this had quite a kick to it! Everyone in the house was coughing as they were being stir fried. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
