- 1 bunch broccolini (cut into 4 cm chunks)
- 1 red onion (cut into wedges)
- 125 grams sweet corn (baby, halved lengthwise on the diagonal)
- 175 grams rump steak (fat trimmed, sliced)
- 250 grams mixed mushrooms (brown, oyster, etc., chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 3 cms ginger (piece, peeled and shredded)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
