Wasn't so sure about it on the 1st bite, but then it got addictive! I used some fresh mushrooms and peanuts instead of cashews. Also made a "pizza sauce" with 1 can of tomato paste, 1 can of hot water, then the sriracha and curry paste. So, so yummy. Would be extra tasty with some chopped chicken added, as well

This is delicious and crazy easy. We had garlic naan when we made it the first time which really added some bonus flavor. Never would've thought to add cashews on pizza but my god it works so well.
