  • 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (Huy Fong, sriracha works too)
  • 2 teaspoons chili paste (Thai Kitchen red, green works great too)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil (minced)
  • 12 sea salt (grinds of, pink himalayan is best)

    Directions

    1. mix all ingredients in a bowl
    2. heat coconut oil or grapeseed oil on medium in a medium-sized pan
    3. roll meat into ~1 inch balls and place in pan (makes about 12-15)
