- 1/2 tsp. chili garlic sauce (Huy Fong, sriracha works too)
- 2 tsp. chili paste (Thai Kitchen red, green works great too)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil (minced)
- 12 sea salt (grinds of, pink himalayan is best)

Directions
- mix all ingredients in a bowl
- heat coconut oil or grapeseed oil on medium in a medium-sized pan
- roll meat into ~1 inch balls and place in pan (makes about 12-15)
