It was delicious! Easy to follow. would definitely do it again! Subbed fish sauce for mushroom soy. added some thyme.

Excellent! Added broccoli, carrot and zucchini. I used Thai basil from my herb garden rather than cilantro so delicious. Also served over cauliflower rice.

I didn't have all of the "correct" ingredients; subed lemon zest for lime, a red onion for the green onions, and a ginger-miso stock for the chicken stock. I also added extra curry powder and simmered it about 30 mins to really thicken the sauce, and added coriander and chopped arugula into the chicken balls. Put it over Zoodles & Soodles (zucchini & squash noodles)... tastes authentic to me! However, it did take me longer than 40 mins to make.

I think I need a little less curry powder or a little more liquid. Chicken needed a little more pepper.
