A simple, tasty dish. Perhaps a little more complexity would make it a little more interesting.

Delicious! My family and I really enjoyed this recipe. Not only is it easy to make, it tastes really good too. I added an onion and a carrot.

Delicious! Made exactly as described (with the potatoes) and was a big hit with all the family.

This dish was really good, but I think it needed a little kick. Maybe a little more curry too.

I didn't have panang but I used red curry paste and added slivered onions and it was delicious. Next time I'll probably add some red pepper slices too.
